Psychotherapy (in person)

Face-to-face therapy in a calm, private setting.
In-person sessions provide a contained and relational space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, whether that’s emotional distress, behavioural patterns, or relational challenges. Work is tailored to the individual or family, with a focus on understanding, safety, and meaningful change.

Psychotherapy (online)

Remote therapy sessions for children, young people, and adults.
Online work offers a flexible and accessible way to engage in therapy while maintaining a consistent, thoughtful space to explore emotional and relational difficulties. Sessions are adapted to suit the individual, including creative and developmentally appropriate approaches where needed.

Consultation for parents and carers

A space to think clearly about your child or young person.
Consultations offer an opportunity to explore concerns, understand behaviour in context, and consider what might be helpful moving forward. This may include guidance, formulation, and practical next steps, whether or not ongoing therapy is needed.

Letters, referrals etc.

Clear, professional written communication to support care.
I can provide letters summarising involvement, clinical understanding, or recommendations, as well as referrals to other services where appropriate.

How do I book an appointment?
You can get in touch via email or the contact form on my website. I will aim to respond within a few working days to discuss availability and next steps.

Do you offer an initial consultation?
Yes. We will usually start with an initial assessment session to understand what is going on and whether I am the right fit for you or your child.

What happens in the first session?
The first session is a structured but relaxed conversation where we explore current concerns, background, and what you are hoping for from therapy. There is no pressure to share everything straight away.
